As has been said this has gone beyond football now. Win lose or draw today i hope the atmosphere is as toxic as possible and all the negativity and vitriol is aimed at those three club crippling cunts.

I don’t care if we burn the place to the ground so long as it’s at the final whistle. Biggest game in a while and we need to get behind the team. Simple as that.

What Mike said 100%.

THIS is the bit that will be their undoing:

**A shrewd owner would have seen the bigger picture and announced they were planning to not attend and could easily have diffused any potential confrontation, but the board have, instead, chosen to battle it out in some infantile "show of power and strength".**

They learned NOTHING from what happened to them at Birmingham, it seems... they need to make hard and fast plans to get OUT of our club... before it REALLY takes off...

Re: Be warned...
I don't doubt you have your own views, but that's missing the point - where's your right to inflict that view on a crucial match in a survival campaign? You think what you believe is so important that screw the rest of us, you're going to destroy the club's prospects?

Get your nose out of the board's collective arse.

They've had chance after chance to sort the problems out and actively chose to not do so/try and brush them under the carpet.

ONLY they have/had the power to effect the required changes and ONLY they blew it - in spades.

Those below them can only work with what they're given. Sullivan infects the club with a two-bob don't give a fuck attitude, no matter what shite pours out of his gob in his public utterances.

If the employees fear, rather than respect, the man at the top, it's little wonder they're not as enthusiastic about turning up for work as they could be - no matter how much they're paid.

At the game is where the target of the fans' anger and frustration is, so at the game is where it must be given voice.

A shrewd owner would have seen the bigger picture and announced they were planning to not attend and could easily have diffused any potential confrontation, but the board have, instead, chosen to battle it out in some infantile "show of power and strength".

Another fuck-up to add to the list.

>>> THEY, and THEY alone have created the clusterfuck within which the club now sits.

Rubbish. We're having a bad season. Down to coaches, players, agents, etc. The owners are culpable like any owners for the mistakes they've overseen. Even if they were solely responsible, apportioning blame in public is not a good enough reason to disrupt a relegation campaign and threaten the future of the club. A sense of perspective please - we're supporters not a bunch of rabid zealots.

Re: Be warned...
Please god I hope we win this game and let’s get behind the team. So Let’s do so whatever Noble or Brady or whoever wrote that crap in the week said and hope for the best.

But if we slump to yet another dismal defeat, and near certain relegation, then the board, manager and players absolutely deserve to hear loud and clear from the people they’ve let down, the people who pay their obscene wages and keep them in business, the one group of people who’s fault it is definitely NOT for the decline of this club.

THEY, and THEY alone have created the clusterfuck within which the club now sits. THEY are only "on-line" for the football when at the game, so at the game is the only viable time to protest.

ALL else is just pissing in the wind.

Never ever in our proud history have I know our own fans more disjointed and at each others throats than at this present time... shocking stuff

Matches aren't arranged for the convenience of protesters. Let's not kill the club just so you can shake your fist at the owners.

"Protest all you like at the final whistle. "

At whom?

The board will have long fucked off in their rollers & helicopters, so they won't be on the receiving end of a message intended ONLY for them.

Re: Be warned...
I can’t believe some want us to go down thinking it would be for the best? It would be a whole lot worse and the current owners will still be at the helm. The only way they are ever (if ever) selling up is for maximum profit and that means being in the premier league.

I also can’t get my head around those who want to disrupt the game as soon as we concede. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Protest all you like at the final whistle.

Re: Be warned...
It's possible that the knock on effect of things finally simmering over at the athletics bowl the other week will have galvanised everyone - people have vented after being denied the march and will now be out to make a point of our support having been ridiculed by people who don't understand the reasons behind our anger.

Up to the players to react at that point. They've been shit for nigh on two years with us behind them, so for anyone to point the finger at loyal supporters protesting as a reason for our predicament is a bit fucking rich.

The constant finger pointing at fans, plus increased security measures are gonna make for a shitty atmosphere before the game even starts.

Re: Be warned...
It's up to the players, if we are playing badly and go a goal down then the mood will change in the stands. I actually expect a great atmosphere to start with but I will be surprised to see any pitch invasions given how many police will be in the stadium.

The main problem could be between fans of opposing opinions should we go a goal down.
